Spiritual Bath

Like the name suggests, this blend is all about YOU!

Of self love, self care and reclaiming your energy is your goal this addresses all of these as an all in one.

*Each package yields up to 2 (two) individual baths.

Take a shower but don’t use any soap or shampoo or anything to prep.

AFTER the shower, you can towel off but no lotions or anything and make sure the tub is clean.

As you’re setting your water and bath you want to also set your intentions. Make sure the temp is comfortable for you

You can use music if that helps you to clear your mind as long as it’s not a distraction.

Once you’re in the bath you visualize and release the negative thoughts worries and concerns.

You may use 1/2 package to 1 package per bath.

This product is super simple as the blend is prepared and mixed for immediate use.

When you’re finished you may rinse off with clear warm water, no soap.

Towel off and drain.

Tips:

You may use the included mesh bag or a strainer (not included) to catch debris.

Night is preferred as you will be super relaxed following each bath so it’s best to prepare for being relaxed.
